We identified Ask Brittie’s target audience, unique service offerings, and competitive landscape. The strategy was centered around designing a website that clearly communicates the service, showcases its features, and provides an intuitive and seamless sign-up process.
The website was built on the WordPress platform, chosen for its versatility and robust community support. We developed a custom theme that reflected Ask Brittie’s brand identity. Key sections of the website included: Home, About, Services, Features, FAQs, Blog, and Contact Us
The site was designed to be responsive across different devices, providing a seamless user experience. Key plugins were integrated for functionalities like form management, SEO, security, and performance optimization.
Various measures were implemented to secure the website and customer data, including SSL encryption, regular software updates, and other WordPress hardening techniques. Regular backups were scheduled, and a maintenance plan was set up to ensure the smooth operation of the website.
Post-completion, we conducted a training session for the Ask Brittie team to manage the website. This included updating the blog, managing user sign-ups, updating service details, and handling inquiries.
